<p>* Another important thing is to keep in mind the dangers of fat belly. This will help you if you lose motivation to take action, as when you compare about the difficulty of changing your lifestyle and the much much more difficulty you will face if you didn&#8217;t change it.</p>
<p>* Make a note of what you think is important to you so you can read them every time you feel losing motivation. You may consider putting the paper in an obvious place so you can read them again and again.</p>
<p>* Make sure you don&#8217;t exercise alone. Working alone is not as good as working in a group. You can gain great energy just by exercising within a group of friends. Don&#8217;t work with lazy people. As much as you help them and motivate them they will do the same with you.</p>
<p>The tips I just mentioned are not a method but motivators that work with any method. These tips may be enough to keep your energy up.</p>

<p>* You don’t need to cancel all the fat from your diet in order to reduce your weight. Instead of losing weight if you cut off all the fat you will gain more weight, as when your body is alerted that your fat intake is lower than its needs it will store more fat instead of burning it.</p>
<p>So what you need to do is to make sure that your diet contain sufficient amount of fat.</p>
